SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders require processing before shipment.

  • In-stock orders: 2–5 business days

  • Custom orders: 7–14 business days

  • Wholesale orders: 7–21 business days

  • Pre-orders: Processing times will be listed on the product page

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing times are separate from shipping times.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Customers will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after purchase

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order ships

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

1702 Collection & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment numbers

  • Undeliverable addresses

  • Returned packages due to customer error

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

1702 Collection & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

SHIPPING DELAYS

1702 Collection & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Holidays

  • High-volume shipping periods

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations.

REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to claim a package:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees will be deducted

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply

  • Any remaining balance may be issued as store credit only

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Wholesale orders may require additional processing time.

All wholesale sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted after production or fulfillment begins.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any additional charges imposed by their country

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may not be canceled once processing has begun.

Custom, wholesale, and pre-order items cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipping insurance may be available at checkout.

Customers who decline shipping insurance assume responsibility for loss, theft, or damage after shipment.

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all hair extension products, wigs, closures, frontals, and related products are considered final sale.
