1702 Collection & Co. Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits unless an error was made by 1702 Collection & Co.

Hair Extensions, Wigs, Closures & Frontals

For sanitary reasons, hair products may not be returned if they have been:

  • Removed from the original packaging
  • Untied from the security band
  • Worn, brushed, combed, washed, colored, bleached, cut, installed, altered, or manipulated in any way
  • Exposed to odors, smoke, perfumes, chemicals, or environmental conditions

Any returned product that shows evidence of use will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • The incorrect item was received
  • An item is missing
  • The product arrived damaged

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging materials, and additional documentation before a claim is reviewed.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery constitutes acceptance of the order as received.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once processing has begun.

Custom orders, pre-orders, wholesale orders, and special-order products cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Shipping Delays

1702 Collection & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse delivery of a shipment will be responsible for all shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any additional handling fees incurred.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, customers agree to contact 1702 Collection & Co. before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their financial institution.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be vigorously disputed using:

  • Order confirmations
  • Shipping confirmations
  • Delivery records
  • Tracking information
  • Customer communications
  • Product photographs
  • IP address verification
  • Billing and shipping address verification

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases.

Product Expectations

Because all hair products are sourced from natural human hair donors, variations in color, texture, density, wave pattern, curl pattern, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

These natural variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks.

Limitation of Liability

1702 Collection & Co.'s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

Agreement

By placing an order through our website, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy in its entirety.
